Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to love your page. Because designing is completely free, you can see exactly what you'll get before paying.

No subscription, nothing to cancel

Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Plans never renew automatically, so there's no subscription to cancel and you'll never be charged unexpectedly. When the period ends, the page shows a notice until you choose to renew.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of payment and you'll get a full refund — no questions asked. Once refunded, the time added by that order is removed from the page.

Where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from a digital purchase, this guarantee applies in addition to it.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number (ML-…), or reply to the receipt you received from Paddle, or contact Paddle directly through paddle.net. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but if something went wrong on our side — for example, your page was unavailable because of a problem with the Service — contact us and we'll make it right.

Payment processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, in line with the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
